ECS tuning sells the trim pieces for a price that's not that bad. I would 
advise going this route, since any that you get from ebay or generally used 
from another car will be in less than perfect condition (btdt).

-92 //s4 w/ replaced trim all around via ebay, and I'll end up re-replacing 
much of it again before I'm done.
