[s-cars] Potential reason why the "370" software causes pinging

Joe: You must have missed the part where I said I have a VMAP that is turned down
(to 2.8 Bar). It helps but I still get some pinging. I had originally wanted a
VMAP so if I was travelling and was somewhere that only had 91 Octane, I could turn
the max boost down. I didn't expect to have to use it while running 94 Octane. 9L
of toluene in a tank full of 94 (71 at 94+9@116 = 96.5) was fine at 3.0 Bar. But a bit
pricey. /Dave F.
