[s-cars] Looking for door lock module

Any cheaper source (other than the dealer) for the door lock module? (part number 1 893 959 985 A). Mine is acting up... it locks and unlocks properly for the driver door, but it won't allow me to unlock all the doors when I turn the key twice, but it will lock all the doors. I assume it's the module, but maybe not... any thoughts?

Anyone parting out with a car that has a smashed door that might have this piece?

P.S. Also does anyone have the part number for the silver trim along the window sill/seal that along the window on the inside of the car? dealer can't find the part number...
