Bill,
I see that most online suppliers are selling the control arm without
bushings, meaning you would have to press the bushing in the inner end
before use. The best method is to press the old bushing out and the
new one in with a hydraulic press and appropriate size die. Other
methods can result in damage to the bushing. The bushings sure are
cheap now. If you can press in new bushings and ball joints are in
good shape it sure is a cheaper way to go. Under $40 for both sides,
inner and outer.
I found good prices at <www.europeanautomotive.com> for last parts I
bought (not control arms). Blau sells arms w/bushing for ~ $150.
Darin had the best price for control arms at his s-cars. org parts
direct, but the note says email for current prices. HTH
