[s-cars] HID's in stock 9007 lows???

Im sure this subject has been covered over and over, but as a newbie to the
list I'd like the rec. of anyone who has done a HID swap on the low side of
their URS4. What kit did you use, where did you get it and do you feel the
light output is better than stock? There is a dude on Ebay selling decent
Hella/Philips kits and I'm inclined to buy from him as I've heard bad
stories from those who use chinese bulbs/balasts. Any info is appreciated!!
