Agreed - I tried to use MityVac for brake bleeding when replaced master brake cylinder
.... long story short - car stood on jack stands (so wife could not drive it away :) ) for
a week, until Motive pressure bleeder was delivered. This one was working, although I was
not very exited about adapter quality - it was seeping fluid and really was not able too
keep pressure higher than 10psi (read - a waterfall of brake fluid). I ended up having a
nice pool of brake fluid on the garage floor when I finished.

On my other car I have speedbleeders valves and I love them. No mess, no fuss, you just
have to remember to not depress the pedal fully (otherwise master brake cylinder's rubber
may get torn traveling in unused cylinder area), wooden stop block under the brake pedal
helps.
