Take a "fat wallet" with her.
Try to impress on "poor sister" that this is not acceptable operation 
of 20vt.  The light is an indicator for low oil pressure, not oil 
quantity. One quart low should not activate the oil pressure light.  
This is a '94, right ? without oil pressure gage ?
I would ensure that she is checking the oil before adding more.  I know 
long distance communication about operation of machinery can be 
difficult, but a quart every few days should show somewhere.
We have listers in the area that could perhaps help ?
