[s-cars] Windshield Washers not spraying? (Yes there is fluid)

Cody,

This is due to piston leakage and you need to once again rebuild your 
head.

Did you check that the hoses connected to the nozzles (underneath the 
hood) are attached?  I've had this happen on my 20v numerous times.  I 
ended up replacing the hoses as the Audi ones are just long enough and 
if it got too cold, they would shorten enough such that they would come 
undone.
