For most non-enthusiasts, the dealer is the only source in town and the
stealer (this one in particular) obviously takes advantage of that.  It
caters to the high-end clientele (don't all Audi dealers?) and has a
service department that has a reputation around here that says "STAY
AWAY!".  Not only is Clair cheaper but they're also very helpful and
willing to spend time researching that $0.50 bolt you insist on buying
from the dealer...
