[s-cars] Windshield Washers not spraying? (Yes there is fluid)

Actually, I've found the most important thing is the cleaning you do
beforehand.  I use BonAmi polishing compound to remove scuz and such before
application.  It has at least doubled the adherence life of the Rain-X for
me.  Wiping off the excess ...after it's mostly dried, might help, too, but
I've never tried it.  I have polished it with a clean terry cloth after it's
dried.
