Folks,
IME NAPA is truly a strange place. There is one on my way to the office. 
One day I gave them a shot when I needed the spark plugs for the wife's 
A4 in a hurry. So I ordered the 4 plugs and an air filter.

The next day the guy had a nerve to try to sell me the package of 10 
plugs. Don't think so. I told him that my wife drove an Audi, not a 
Viper and refused to buy them altogether. So he "made and exception form 
me" in a very unwelcoming manner.
Oh, and he charged me $25 for the airfilter. A Purolator element is $6 
over at Pep Boys.

I don't think I'll becoming back to NAPA any time soon. McMaster-Carr 
gets all of my business for their top notch web site, next day delivery 
via regular UPS and exemplary accuracy.
