Igor,

I think you may simply have been unlucky enough to run into one with bad
management.  There is a NAPA one mile from where I work.  I have never had
any problems with them over the years and their prices are very reasonable.
In fact that is where I ended up buying the clamps for my Samcos.  As
somebody else stated they have the same Breeze CT clamps.  I stopped in
during lunch one day to ask about the clamps.  They didn't have any in
stock, as I assumed would be the case, but were able to get them for later
that afternoon.  And no minimum order required.  I wouldn't give up on them
based on one bad experience.  I'm sure there is another one in a nearby town
that will most likely give you better service.

I agree with you on McMaster Carr.  Just received an order myself this past
Tuesday.  Gotta love dealing with companies in the Northeast where UPS
ground shipping is just one day.
