[s-cars] Looking for interior trim pieces

Not sure if anyone on the list is parting out or knows anyone parting out, but........

I need the vent for the rear left HVAC outlet (mounted on rear of center console) for a 1995 S6, black plastic. 

Also, the plastic trim piece (in grey) tha covers the front passenger seat rail, the left side (it sits on the floor near the center console).

I'm sure I can buy these new, as they can't be too much (can they?), but figured I'd ask the list first.
