[s-cars] RS2 Manifold Head Studs - 10.9 Hardness

I'm currently pricing the hardware for the re/re of the turbo and EM
manifold in preparation of the RS2 upgrade. It appears all parts are
available from a local dealer except the shorter studs. The recommended
shorter stud is 8x27 mm (N 906 486 01) is not available in North
America, but a slightly longer one 8x28mm with a 10.9 rating is
available (N 044 410 4). Does anyone know if the 10.9 hardness is
suitable for this application?
