[s-cars] Igntition switch failure?

Bill:  The ignition switch recall is the "KB" campaign for the 94 and up
cars.  (If you did the Monster survey, you would have found this
referenced).  The part is really nothing and you can do it yourself (and
change your instrument cluster bulbs at the same time).  There is a
switch replacement write up at Charlie's website:
