Keith,

I don't have the details on the earlier auctions, whether they ended 
early because seller withdrew, etc, so he may not have violated the 
rules.   Besides, there are plenty of signs to be wary of this seller.  
And, I don't fault him for using similar descriptions for his cars. He 
probably doesn't have a marketing department or ad agency contract. :-)
