Yes and no.  Solves the heat problem VERY NICELY, but doesn't produce more mass.

I'm more interested in lowering boost thresholds through pressure improvements.  The cooler air due to increased IC size is a nice benefit.

Then turn up the boost some more.

Rinse and repeat.

WI is GREAT when you have reached the end of the rinse and repeat cycle, or, you have bad gas, or live in a hot area.
