You can use the washer for both, and it has a nice reminder on the dash when it is empty.  The blue fluid is like 50% alc and 50% water, and like .00002% blue crap.  The DSM Mitsubishi Guys use it almost exclusively.

I think H2O injection is pretty awesome, esp where I live (HOT summers and 91 octane).  Probably next on the list after FMIC and 6-speed.
