[s-cars] An interesting FMIC "fact" (?)

Just a quick Data Point:

Frank Amoroso's Full RS2 Set-up (91 Octane):
-RS2 MAF
-RS2 Turbo
-RS2 injectors
-RS2 exhaust cam
-RS2 exhaust manifold
-Stromung no-cat exhaust
-TS tuning / Bob Pastore mix Eproms
-Stock IC: 292 whp

By just adding the ASW FMIC he was able to dyno 317 whp (Gain of 25 whp)
and this was on one of their 1st Gen designs.  Done on the same day and
only the time it took to mount the FMIC in between runs.  Josh Moody
also showed similar gains w/ his T04E putting down 350 atw.

So regardless of the efficiency of the stock IC...their are some real
gains to be had by the addition of FMIC.  I haven't personally heard of
any engine temp issues due to less flow to the radiator.

This is the route I will be heading....I as w/ my larger K26 RS2 Comp++
from Innovative...I know my intake temps are getting up there.  Plus the
gains of a lower boost threshold ..is very appealing.
