[s-cars] speeding ticket in MA

I don't believe that MA allows attorneys to get involved with civil speeding
fines.
I've gotten my share of speeding fines in MA and fought almost every one and
have never heard of an attorney getting involved.
Unless you appeal the ticket to a hearing and attend in person, I don't
think you can do anything but pay the fine.
