Teddy,

I checked with an attorney I share office space with (he does alotof
driver license cases). According to him all states report to each other
directly, and really your biggest concern would be your auto insurance
and they collect info from every state.

His advice, find an attorney that can cut a no points but pay a fine
deal. This might cost you some money for the attorney but it'll save
you money in the long run in insurance costs.
