[s-cars] Fuel Reservoir Safety

Hap:  What's inside the fuel reservoir? i.e. is it a fuel cell?  If not, I suggest never getting in a front end collision (not that you would do that anyway but..).  Seems to me your improvement just increased the risk of a serious explosion at some point.  But hey, that's just me.
