Or the 100W cool blue "HID" lookalikes in all the Hondas and Cavaliers up

leveling motors, which were on regular halogen lights as well, but they were
manually controlled by a switch in the dash, and the level motors had a
separate harness going to them. Obviously the NA market doesn't have the
headlight level motors as the gov't doesn't trust us to properly adjust our
headlights, even though they are only intended to lower the aim to
compensate for a heavily loaded vehicle. And based on all the cars with
aftermarket foglights that are aimed to the sky, I think they're right.
