[s-cars] How do I adjust shifter linkage?

Are you sure that you snapped both ends of the small
transverse connecting rod back on? This rod is needed
as a pivot so that side-to-side motion of the shift lever pulls
the selector shaft in and out of the tranny,
If the rod is not connected, you'll probably only be able
to select 3rd and 4th gears.
