[s-cars] fogged windows

The windows on my '95.5 S6 avant are all fogged up and I'm not even
breathing hard!

Setting the HVAC system to defrost doesn't help.

I ran the diagnostics on the CC head and came up with the following
(ignition on/engine off):

For the primary system diag:

15.3
15.4
15.5
15.6
06.3

Anyone care to suggest what's wrong, whether I can easily fix it myself, and
what the parts, if any, might run?
