[s-cars] Rear Caliper Update and PN request/check

In my experience, on my 200 and my S4, it was the e-brake cable that was the
culprit. I would highly suspect that may be the case, especially if it
starts happening in the winter. Cleaning and lubing the actuating shaft is
also necessary maintenance, but before you go replacing calipers, remove the
cable from the caliper and make sure you can slide it back and forth easily.
Also rotate the arm without the cable attached to see if it returns freely.
Both my cables had breaks in the outer casing near where they make a 90
degree bend, causing crap to get in and bind the cables. Currently on my 200,
the left side is locking up. Right side cable was done. Waiting for spring
before I tackle that side, which looks like the exhaust system may have to
come down.
