[s-cars] Xenon C4 lights Installation Report

Ok, when I say "City Lights" I mean the bulbs in the lens of that houses the flashers, at least on my car it's only 1 bulb with dual filament per lens (North American Model), I've never seen "extra"  bulbs.... 

Not to be mistaken with the DRL "Daytime Running Lights" that is the same light as your Low Beams with a reduce voltage during the day.

Correct. They are ON all the time the light switch is ON.
