on it switches to full voltage (12 Volts). I don't have this 5w parking
light in the headlight (or never noticed it...), I do have a dual filament
bulb in my turn signal lense in the front, this provides the stupid "Orange
dim to Orange bright), the Orange dim is what I called the "city lights".
