[s-cars] High pressure hydraulic line

Igor,
I was one of many who chose to have the "J" hose rebuilt instead of buying a
new one-$$$. The shop was able to incorporate the restrictor back into the
hose and I have had no problems with it in 3 years. In addition, I left off
the large foam damper which, IMO, makes absolutely no difference in noise
output from the hose. I have heard that leaving the restrictor out may cause
an audible of sorts.

On a side note, and I'm interested at what others are experiencing, I still
have a brake light that stays on for 30-45 seconds in the morning. The bomb
is 2.5 years old, I get 35 pumps from it, the system has been flushed twice
since new bomb, my reservoir is full and still the annoying light. Hmmmm....
