[s-cars] Fan viscous clutch died two month ago

Hi, Vincent!
Well, you have to make a tool with about 30cm long 'legs' of 15-20 x 3-4mm flatiron, joined at one end with a bolt. (like two hands on a clock) 
Put 5mm pegs at the non-joined end, sticking out abt. 10mm. (The small IKEA shelve stoppers for their kitchens are perfect..) You might want to weld them in place, but make the design as flat as possible. they will enter holes on the pulley, and make the work alot easier.
