I assume the dyno was connected directly to the crank? Now take the best
known chip for the K-24 and tell me what this dyno gives you on the HP rating. Of
course no ECU resets prior to the dyno run allowed. You need to have driven it
for at least 100 miles.

>>91 octane, definitely not! Ask Peter Link or Roland Mayer or whomever and
they will all tell you: as long as the car is chipped, always use 98 RON or
equivalent fuel quality. If not, stay away from tuning your car.

Response - I can't find this in California ... my only options are 91 R+M/2
and 100 R+M/2.

>>100 R+M/2???????? Pointless, 99 RON should be enough IMO, although I
haven't really driven myself an MTM1+ car yet for long enough in order to
find out when/how it pings....

Response - Having lived in Belgium for 3 years - with ambient temperatures
exceeding 40 C in California you will probably have a week a year to do the
testing ... or you can drive and have a nice vacation in the South of France.
My only options at the pump are 91 octane or 100.
