[s-cars] Chip - best choice, a call to tuners

S-men,
Just shows you what can happen when you ask a simple little question, what's
the best choice for a chip?  Now we have a never ending thread about VMAP,
real time tuning,  etc and Mihnea crossing the pond to tune our cars.  I
don't know if I should say sorry!
