[s-cars] Chip - best choice, a call to tuners

It's cold outside.  I think VMAP has been a fine thread, and it's still got
life in it.  Let's not complain about it being too long yet - we've got to
make it until spring.

As far as Mihnea's visit is concerned - that's been in the works for a
while, this latest VMAP discussion just popped it back up onto the radar.
Now that we've all got our new calendars out let's work out the sked!
