[s-cars] 93 urS4: no turn over, no start, no jump

I suspect it's magnesium chloride, Mark. They've been using the same stuff
up here for about 4 years - acts like grease on the rotors after the car
sits for 8 hours. The first brake application can be, umm, "interesting" to
say the least.

I never could get the DOT to cough up what they were using "No sir, nothing
has changed, nope, never, nada," but they are using something different.

I think there are using some more than salt this year.
I have noticed a significant reduction in cold braking performance, and a
lesser reduction in warm braking performance.
