[s-cars] "Fender Bender" Paint cleaning question

Afternoon all:

Last night taking my girlfriend home with about 1" of snow on the roads, I
broke one of my personal rules of the road.  I make a habit of driving the
inside radius of a turn in traffic in case somebody drifts - or in this case
slides - wide on the turn.  He kissed my door below the trim and deposited a
bit of his paint on mine - leastways that is all it appears to be.

My question is, what is the best way to remove said paint?  During other
such unsolicited incidents (parking lots, etc.) I have used a lot of elbow
grease and a fine cut polish or cleaner wax.  This time there is quite bit
of his white paint on my sea of emerald green.  Is there a product on the
market that dissolves/softens the invading viral paint?
