Yes, you'll have to replace the whole assembly, unless you have a source for 
the bushings... I don't.  I would replace both, and then align.

One other thing I've posted before... the tie rod assembly for the 91 200 20v 
is virtually identical to the S4 assembly, except it's a whole lot cheaper.  
The difference being that the "tube" part of the assembly is about 1/2 inch 
shorter.  But there is plenty of adjustment within the assembly to overcome that 
issue.  Some might consider this suggestion an "against the rules" option... 
you'll have to decide for yourself.
