[s-cars] Rear Girling Caliper Overhaul

I am working on my caliper to free up the rusted ebrake cam. I wish to remove
the cam altogether so I can thoroughly clean the rust. I have unscrewed the
piston and I am stuck: 

I am having difficulty figuring out how to get the ebrake cam out? 

Any advice would be appreciated.
