Chris:  There are a million parts inside there.  I don't think you need
to totally remove the ebrake cam to get the job done.  If you haven't
already done so, go to Fred Munro's write-up at:

I took the easy way out and bought a "rebuilt" caliper (that turned out
to be new) for CDN$118 (about US$90).
