Yep, thermocouples are included and their customer service is really
good.

As for the looks, it's a gauge, not arm candy.  Must be a California
thing.  =P

I like them because they save space and you can use a LOT of em without
looking like Captain Ricer.  They offer peak/hold functions, too and
