[s-cars] Serpentine belt breaking timing belt

In regards to the serpentine belt breaking the timing belt; I still
don't see how it can happen but I accept that it does happen.  I was
reading the Intended Acceleration website and I noticed that Ned Ritchie
has gone to individual belts instead of one multi-rib belt.  If you are
concerned about the serpentine belt breaking (there was talk of a CF or
metal timing belt cover), you may want to shoot him an email and see
what's up.  HTH
