[s-cars] Just added 2nd rear fog light

You are probably right Rich. Unless that driver is following the American ideology of turning on EVERY single light the factory gave me, PLUS the extra ones I've added. As long as _I_ can see better.

I get a bit pissed sometimes when your average Ford Explorer/Dodge Durango/Chevy Tahoe comes down the road at you, consecutively, at 1:00 on a crystal clear evening (morning), POS headlights and fogs on, scattering every misdirected DOT lumen they've got.
