[s-cars] Just added 2nd rear fog light

I removed the connection between the rear fog switch and the front fogs
for the express purpose of flashing my rear fog at these bozos.  (Much
easier than actually flashing my rear.)

I made the change by disconnecting terminal 4 on the rear fog switch.
This is easily done by opening the switch housing and fitting a piece 
of thin plastic between the contacts for #4.
