217k miles on my 94 S4. Purchased car w/ 42k miles.  Eibach Bilstein at 60k miles.  Stage III - RS2 turbo, manifold, and 3.0bar Lehmann chipset from 75k-100k. Stage IV since 100k - Lehmann cyl. head, lower compression pistons 8.5:1, RS2 injectors, and stage IV lehmann chipset and 323x30 Audi HP2 Euro S6+ front brakes, and Strommung 3" turbo back at 150k.  No major problems - on 2nd clutch (installed at 100k - Centerforce modified stock clutch) - 3 timing belt changes, turbo water pump replaced and nothing else major except for some hoses other than my SAMCOs which are invincible.  Mobil 1 every 3-5k miles and runs like a charming beast.  Never Stranded - knock on wood.
