Michael,

I toasted my 95.5 engine a few weeks ago and have decided to rebuild it.
Most of the parts are already being shipped in but I'm looking for some
information to prove to the wife I'm not totally nuts. I've actually stripped this
down to removing the oil pan and oil pump. The crank belt pulley broke and took
out part of the oil pump housing. Needless to say included in the in-bound
parts are a new RS2 Exhaust manifold and RS2 Turbo along with a early full
metal IC and crossover pipe. I mean, who knows the old parts maybe bad! Time to
replace, right? So I'm just curious how much it cost to source a replacement
engine and install etc.

Thanks,

If anyone is interested in my 90,000 mile motor for a project let me know
off-list.  This is the motor I replaced after having spun a few rod bearings
and scored the crankshaft.  It is complete, manifold to manifold, less the
coil pack.  The engine is located at AutoFirme in Amenia, NY (near
LimeRock).

BTW, the new motor feels darn strong with the new RS2 EM and MTM 1+ chipset
(I already had) with boost feeling like it comes on at lower RPM's than
before.  The EM the reason?
