OK man. you win. I am not going to get into a pissing contest. I just
dont personally like the look of aftermarket parts (which includes
taillights).
the 83 camaro thing was an exaggeration. But there is a little inside joke
there -- that's what I used to drive. 83 Z28, 5 speed, T-tops and no mods
to anything.
so... can we be friends again?
question for you -- aren't the smoked taillights darker and less safe? If
I ever rear-ended someone with aftermarket dark lens tailights, I'd be
pissed. And then take them to court. I hope you have brighter bulb to
go with these.

Could you delve a little further into that?

of their tail lights, that look cheap and ruin the car?
> How about instead of saying something as negative as cheap (which entails
poor quality, shitty craftsmanship, bad design, etc.) say "I do not like the
look of that" or "It will look tacky" or "It would be out of place on that
car". "Cheap" just has too much negative connotation to it, and sits wrong
with me, that is all.

Hella did a fantastic job with them. They blink and illuminate with the
proper colors in the proper areas. And, no, the smoked plastic does no
inhibit the light output.
