Yes, the brackets are different, as are the side mount clips, between the
US/Cdn A6/S6 and the Euro A6/S6.  However there is no difference between
Euro A6, S6, S6 4.2, or S6 Plus mounting brackets.  And even though everyone
refers to them as S6 Plus bumpers, they are identical to S6 bumpers.  The
only difference between the front bumpers on the Euro S6, S6 4.2, and S6
Plus is that the lower left grill is different on the V8 cars.  And since
this is where the intercooler is located on the AAN equipped S6, I'm not so
sure I would order the grille for the S6 Plus, which has no air flow needs
in that area, as you might be restricting flow.  The rear bumpers are
identical for all Euro A6/S6 variants.
