Robert,
I've been running the 9011/9012 bulbs in my stock DOT housings for a
couple weeks now.
No problems with heat or any other issues to report. I am purchasing
more 9011 high beam bulbs
(thanks to the GP) to try in the low beam projectors (Daniel Stern warns
this may cause undue attention
from local authorities ;-). I expect no heat problems with this mod
since others are running same wattage
9005 high bulbs in the low beam projectors.
