I consider my boost gauge to be of the same importance as my tach or oil 
pressure. I have a double pod mounted on my a-pillar that also includes EGT. I 
have a full time digital wide band O2 sensor gauge mounted at the ash tray along 
with my Apexi AVC R boost controller. On both the EGT and boost gauges I have 
their prime numbers, 1400 degrees and 25lbs, mounted at the 12:00 o'clock 
position. That way I can tell by my periphery vision how things are going without 
taking my eyes off the road. HTH.
