[s-cars] 4 piston calipers.

As a Saturday afternoon "Humm, what am I gonna break today", I was wondering
how we are to compress the 4 pistons in the monoblock / bembro calipers.
You can't just use a "C" clamp on one at a time, as the others should move.
While I have yet to need to replace pads, I would like to clean the pistons
off. I think they are sticking a bit in the bores.
