[s-cars] Parts source for Bose amps

A friend of mine is fixing some amps for me from the Bose stereo on the
S4 and is looking for some IC's on the boards (they are labelled "Bose
89106 134499" and "Bose 89109 131354".  The second set of digits
(13xxxx)is probably the serial number.

Does anyone have a source of Bose parts for these amps?  The same design
was used in other cars of that era and there's a good chance they used
the same IC's in other Bose stereos as well.

Anyone have any junked donor boards they'd be willing to part with (or
know where I can find some)?  Once the electrolytics start leaking on
these (the typical failure mode of these amps), it starts attacking the
board and other components, not a pretty sight...
